This kit features the 4140 steel Super Safety cam, lever, and detent, all DLC-coated for long-lasting performance, plus a pre-cut mil-spec trigger designed to work seamlessly with the Super Safety system and mil-spec fire control group.

Installation note: Installs just like any other mil-spec trigger group and safety — same basic steps and tools — with the only difference being the addition of the Super Safety lever. Fits pre-cut mil-spec triggers or full mil-spec FCGs; no permanent modifications required. You can still run a traditional safety with Super Safety–modified fire-control groups.

Does the Super Safety make my firearm fully automatic?
Nope. Every trigger pull still results in just one shot. The Super Safety does not convert your firearm to full-auto and remains ATF compliant.
Do I need an M16 BCG (Bolt Carrier Group)?
Yes. The Super Safety or any FRT trigger requires a M16 profile BCG for proper function.
Do I need a heavier buffer like a H3?
We strongly recommend heavier buffer when running a FRT trigger or Super Safety. It helps with timing, reliability, reduces wear and ensure smooth cycling.
Do I need a complete mil-spec FCG (Fire Control Group)?
Only if you don’t already have one. The pre-cut trigger included with the Super Safety kit is designed to pair with a mil-spec FCG.
