The Geissele Super 42 H3 Buffer Kit is designed to improve the reliability, smoothness, and performance of AR-15 platform rifles. Featuring Geissele's braided wire buffer spring and H3 buffer assembly, this upgrade helps reduce bolt carrier bounce, dampen recoil impulse, and eliminate the traditional buffer spring "twang" common with standard buffer systems.

Unlike conventional buffer springs that use a single strand of wire, the Super 42 utilizes three independent strands woven together. This design acts as a harmonic damper, absorbing excess energy during cycling and reducing wear on critical operating components. The result is a smoother shooting rifle and increased long-term reliability.

The increased spring force also helps ensure consistent feeding and chambering, especially when running suppressed rifles, steel-cased ammunition, or firearms exposed to dirt and fouling.
